This home also offers a 3rd room which could be used as a bedroom or den. Sliding glass doors off this room lead to an enclosed Florida room. A galley style kitchen offers everything the cook will need. The dining area and living room are open to each other, both featuring large windows, which makes this area bright and sunny. The laundry area is in the back entryway and has cabinets for storage--a nice feature! A side screened porch is great for enjoying a cookout or just relaxing and enjoying the great Florida weather (smoking is okay here). A storage shed is found here also, which will hold those less-used items. A long driveway is a plus for when you have company. Awnings on the front and side help deflect the sun on those warm, sunny days. |
