CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. For monthly stays see contract mailed to you. A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within 2 (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are washed and placed in the drain board supplied. One load of laundry is started. d. Keys are left in the lock box and house walk around keys are on table and house is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check out.

PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Tracy Taylor. Or by credit card Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

Rates: $145/night per couple $700.00 for 6 nights March-September 155.00/night per couple $800.00 for 6 nights October-Februrary An additional $15/night will be charged for each additional person. Hawaii State Accommodation Tax 11.416% will be added to All Rates. Special rates are available for longer stays. Cleaning fee is $75.00 Add $10.00 per night for each person after the first couple. Add $10.00 per night for access to the washer and dryer. Note: Until confirmed, All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
