Accommodations: 2 Bedrooms plus 2 bed loft and a sofa plus love seat with 2 full Baths. Can sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably. It is located 2 miles from the Mount Snow main base just off Rte. 100 right on the Mountain, and on the Moover route- which is the shuttle service to the base of the ski resort. Amenities: 2 televisions, Cable TV, VCR and CD Player Full Kitchen (Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils) Washer & Dryer Queen/Full bed in Master, Twin in front Bedroom 2 twins beds in loft Sofa and Love seat in living room No Smoking please. We would consider a dog- leashed and pooper scooper rules apply You enter the condo through a mudroom. There is room for shoes, skis, sleds, etc. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen/full size bed, dresser, and two side tables with reading lamps. This bedroom features TV. Also in this room is a large clothes closet and a washer and dryer in a second closet. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed, large dresser and closet. In the hallway is the second full bathroom with tub. The hallway also has a coat closet by the front entrance. The second floor has a large open concept. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a table for 6 adults, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, silverware/tableware, and pots and pans. The living room has a fireplace and large sofa and love seat along with a TV with VCR player. Up the stairs is the loft. It has two twin beds, a large skylight & dresser with plenty of blankets and pillows for the entire unit. There is also a deck off the living room. There is firewood right next to the fireplace and plenty of parking directly in front of the unit. 2008 / 2009 Winter Rental Rates: November - December 21st: $175 per night (2 night minimum) Christmas: December 22nd - December 28th is $250 per night (3 night minimum) New Years: December 29th - January 2nd is $275 per night (3 night minimum) Martin Luther King: Friday, January 16th - Monday, January 19th is $ 850 for all 3 nights Presidents Week: February 13th – 22nd is $275 per night (3 night minimum) Weekends: Friday and Saturday (January, February, March) excluding holiday periods, $250 per night (2 night minimum) Weekdays: Sunday through Thursday (January, February, March), $200 per night (2 night minimum) All rentals require deposit of 50% immediately and balance paid one week before occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50 for cleaning. A $500 damage deposit is required prior to occupancy. Money orders or bank checks are preferred.
