Welcome to Paradise in Wisconsin! We are currently renting our fabulous 4 bedroom home in beautiful Winneconne, Wisconsin. This home is located one block from Lake Winneconne and the Wolf River; you can see water from two sides of this newly renovated home. This lake view property provides easy access to one of the greatest fishing areas in all of Wisconsin and from Lake Winneconne you have easy access to Lake Winnebago, Lake Poygan, Lake Butte Des Mortes. With plenty of opportunities for hunting, fishing, boating, swimming and snowmobile activities this is the ideal family vacation home. Only 8 miles from Oshkosh and 25 miles from Green Bay is located steps from the boat launch. Great for family rental, fishing with your buddies, or shopping with your gal pals at the Oshkosh Outlet mall, any group looking for some fabulous outdoor activities will enjoy all that Wisconsin has to offer. Close to several larger cities, this home is located in the quaint little town of Winneconne you will have have access to many small town restaurants, pubs and activities within walking distance. Close to the Oshkosh outlet mall and EAA Air museum which hosts its annual air show. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer and within walking distance of boat rentals. This home comfortably sleeps 7-9 people, with four bedrooms and ample room to stretch out and relax. Included are all of the comforts of home with no worries, just a lot of fun and relaxation. This is a large home featuring a attached porch on the side of the home, with a large corner lot for plenty of relaxation and stargazing.	R-E-L-A-X-! ! ! Our home offers all of the comforts of home in a welcoming environment. Enjoy a quiet evening after spending the day on the lake, put your feer and enjoy Satellite television programming.
Our kitchen offers modern amentiies and old world charm. Fully equipped with stove, fride, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All you need to bring is your consumables and your appetite for fun!	Light and breezy in the summer; warm and cozy in the winter, our home has plenty of windows and light to enjoy all that the beauriful air in Wisconsin has to offer.
Enjoy the company of friends and family while visiting our home. Make yourself at home, order a pizza or visit one of the nearby locally owned restaraunts or bars. We use a professional housekeeping service and assure that our home is in tip-top shape p	Enjouy a wonderful night's rest in one of the luxurious bedrooms. Deposit Requirements

A deposit of 10% is due to hold the property. The balance of the rental is due two weeks before the rental period.

Rental Policies

Weekend rentals begin Friday at 4:00pm and end Sunday at 12:00pm.
Weekly rentals begin Friday at 4:00pm and end the following Friday at 12:00pm

Refund Policies

The 10% deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental amount is 50% refunded if cancellation occurs one week before the start of the rental agreement
