down to secure the specified dates. A Damage Deposit (separate check) of $1,000 to be sent with the balance. The balance is due 2 weeks before the booking date. We request certified funds for the initial deposit thereafter personal or business checks will be accepted. Applicant must complete an apartment rental application. There is a $50 fee for a credit check. If plans change and prospective renter is unable to stay on their secured dates, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
