A romantic apartment Abbazia is ideally located next to the Strada Nuova, the main Cannaregio’s shopping route leading from the railway station to St Mark’s Square. It is easy to reach it from the railway station, car park (Piazzale Roma), as well as from the airport. Its position is very quiet although the area is surrounded by many restaurants, shops and galleries. On the neighbourhood are many beautiful Venetian landmarks, such as Ghetto, Church Madonna dell’ Orto, Ca d’ Oro and Casinò. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished, it is perfect for two people but can accommodate up to four people. It has a living room with a double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with WC and shower. It has a washing machine, a dish washer, an iron and a hair drier. A heating is autonomous. The apartment is on the 1st floor, and there is no danger of a “high water”. The vaporetto provides frequent service to all stops along the Grand Canal including Cà d'Oro, Rialto Bridge, Accademia and Piazza San Marco and then on to the Lido Beach. Getting off at San Marco Stop, connections are available for all lagoon islands such as Murano with the Venetian glass-making factories, Burano and Torcello which are well worth a visit. This lovely apartment offers comfortable holiday accommodation in the world’s most romantic city at a very affordable price. |
