There is built-in ceiling lighting in the living room & kitchen. The sofa converts to a queen size sleeper and there is an additional smaller sofa.. The bedrooms are good sizes with large closets. There is an extra sink and dressing area in the larger bedroom in addition to the upstairs full bath and downstairs powder room. New and newly installed items include all furnishings, mattresses, refrigerator, dishwasher, lighting, counter tops, sinks, faucets, paint, all flooring. There is a two car garage with automatic opener. Laundry is available.
